Refund policy

We are unable to cancel or provide refunds for orders once they have been shipped to customers.

If the order has been shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, cancellation is possible with a 20% restocking fee. In the event that the customer requests redelivery, a flat fee of $9.99 CAD will be charged.

All sales are final, and we are unable to provide full refunds for orders. However, we can make changes to items in your order (add or remove) before it is shipped.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We have made every effort to accurately display the colors and images of our products in the store.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of our company. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is subject to these terms.

We are not responsible for any damage or lost parcels caused by our couriers.

Curry Candy Company will not be held liable for any damage to products caused by weather conditions or during the shipping process.

When the weather is warm, chocolate may experience slight melting during transit. Regrettably, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages related to temperature that occur during the shipping process.
